Confusing Threat

This is one of the most confusing threats I have ever come across. I cannot tell if this is suppose to be a threatening message or not.  It is important to understand that when you are trying to be threatening you need to make sure that you are being consistent and understood. Oh, and spelling correctly may be needed as well!
